Each tour is led by a Moerlein Lager House brewer giving you the insight on how beer is brewed on-site at the Moerlein Lager House. The tour will give you a behind-the-scenes looks at our brewhouse, lower-level fermentation hall, grist mill, and serving vessel areas.

You will then dine inside the world-class Moerlein Lager House and choose from our select tour brunch menu and be given a flight of our in-house fresh brewed beers, all for only $30+tax
