Our state-of-the-art facility has something to offer for EVERYONE! It features 3 NCAA regulation-sized hardwood basketball courts that also convert into 5 full-sized volleyball courts. On the other side of the facility lies our 70 x 30 yard indoor turf field. Our courts and filed area offer group and private training lessons, recreational space for member use, scheduled rentals for practices and events and more!
Our 5,000 square foot weight room not only offers top-notch equipment, but also first-class athletic performance trainers that offer private, group and team training for beginners all the way to professionals. We have also added a new and improved adult fitness class!

Various classes are offered by our St. Elizabeth Sports Performance staff! From getting back into things post-injury to building your strength, conditioning, speed, and agility for ANY sport.
These classes will focus on individual skill development in a group-based setting. For example, some of the skills covered include dribbling, first touch, passing, shooting, shooting technique, ball skills, moving off the ball, etc.!
