Cynthia M. Brown published her first poem at age 8. She has won poetry prizes in several area writing groups over the years. She was one of 100 artists featured in the Grand Opening Week of the Aronoff Center for the Performing Arts. She co founded Live at Kaldi’s Coffee House and worked with the late Aralee Strange in her Saturday’s at Stenger’s as well as her weekend retreats for writers on Peach Mountain in Adams County in the early 1990s. She taught poetry for the Communiversity series at the University of Cincinnati. She holds an MA in Education and a BA in English Arts and Letters.
Registration is not required. Just bring something you are working on, an open mind and a n appreciation for the work and great beer.
