Pitching for Platelets

For every platelet donation made during this two-month period, donors will secure an entry into the drawing. Individuals can donate platelets once every two weeks, multiplying your chances of being the one chosen winner and etching your name in Cincinnati Reds history as the hero who threw the first pitch.

Group Soccer Training

Virtual BRA Day Learning Series

Join us on Zoom as we visit Kettering Cancer Center to discuss the products you may need after breast surgery. We will be speaking with Jaime Testa, Manager, CmF from Renew Boutique & Spa at Kettering Cancer Center.

Jaime will share what to expect at your appointment with a certified mastectomy fitter and show us the wide variety of products that they carry in the boutique such as breast prostheses, bras, and post-breast surgery camisoles and compression garments for lymphedema. Jaime will also discuss insurance coverage of these products.

A Different Kind of Needle - Survivor/Thriver Creativity Corner

Calling creative crafters! This is a virtual peer support group and PRG is inviting all breast and gynecological cancer survivors, regardless of location, to join. Come and relax while working on any project of your choice - knitting, painting, sewing, crafting or any creative project you enjoy - we welcome you all! It will be an opportunity to chat with your peers, let creative juices flow, set aside time for practicing self care, and enjoy the camaraderie of other hobbyists.

There will be time for "show and tell," when you can display your handiwork, admire the talents of other members, have fun, and lift the spirits of all present. Surely, a win-win get-together in the works. We are here for you!

Cincinnati Coffee Talk- Nutritious Cooking with St. Elizabeth Cancer Care

Our April Cincinnati Peer Support event will be at St. Elizabeth Healthcare Center One Medical Village Dr. Edgewood, KY 41017, Cancer Center

Survivor's/Thriver's will join together for a music therapy class. We will have variety of instruments for everyone to try, learn about music therapy education, enjoy a music therapy experience, and close with music assisted relaxation.
